PARTICIPANTS WILL:
1. Learn how to appropriately curb life’s urges and temptations with behavioral health techniques.
2. Experience how meditation changes the mental state and develops mental self-control.
3. Identify immediate gratification behaviors that activate impulse and urge instincts to counter the debilitating effects of food imbalances and disorders.
4. Understand the importance of digestion and elimination as the hub of excellent health, and leave with therapeutic formulas and recipes to cleanse and rebuild the body.
