Britney Gilbert, LMHC
Britney has spent the past 12 years exploring the intersections of art, education, and human development, cultivating both deep appreciation and expertise in these fields. She earned her Master’s degree in Art Therapy and Counseling from Drexel University in 2021 and believes that healing happens within the context of relationships.
As a therapist, Britney values the opportunity to witness and support others on their healing journeys. She has experience working in homes, schools, and office settings, helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges. Her approach is eclectic, drawing from person-centered and art therapy techniques to foster meaning-making, emotional processing, self-regulation, self-awareness, and self-esteem.
