Cara Fazio is a clinical intern at Mesa Vista Wellness, completing her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at New Mexico Highlands University. She takes a humanistic, client-centered approach to therapy, creating a compassionate and supportive space for growth and healing. Cara works with individuals across various ages and backgrounds, with a particular focus on children, adolescents, young adults, women, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. Outside of her work, she enjoys baking, connecting with others, and tending to her garden.
