Emily offers all clients an eclectic, strengths-based, trauma-informed approach. She believes that therapy develops self-awareness, courage, and personal growth. Emily utilizes integrative methods for helping clients develop emotional regulation, accountability, and healthy boundaries. Emily fosters a spirit of curiosity and open-mindedness to support problem-solving, cultivate self-compassion, foster meaning-making, and build resilience. Her practice incorporates therapeutic dialogue, psychoeducation, values clarification, mindfulness, and experiential therapies. Emily holds a Master’s degree in Expressive Arts Therapies from Lesley University and completed post-graduate training in Family Therapy at the Sky Center. Emily nourishes her love for counseling with family time, dance, yoga, and a passion for lifelong learning.
