Mesa Vista Wellness is committed to supporting each person on their journey toward whole-person wellness and recovery. Through our Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), we create a bridge toward recovery and whole-hearted connection.
Our unique 12-week IOP includes group and individual therapy in addition to wellness offerings such as restorative yoga, sound healing, and shamanic work.

Mesa Vista Wellness designed the G.R.O.W. program to help youth explore choices that can impact their well-being and acquire valuable recovery and life skills.
We view adolescents as active participants in their journey toward wellness. Through group, individual, and/or family counseling and hands-on activities (such as art, games and movement), our nine-week G.R.O.W. program:

- Builds self-esteem and trust
